What We Collect
When you sign up for launch notifications, we collect your email address. That's it.
We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking on this site. Just your email so we can notify you when STARlog launches on April 14, 2026.
How We Use It
We use Email Octopus (our email provider based in the UK) to manage our waitlist and send launch notifications. When you sign up, your email is sent to Email Octopus for storage and delivery.
We'll email you when STARlog launches and occasionally send product updates. We will not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone else.
Your Rights
Unsubscribe anytime: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
Request deletion: Email us at privacy@graymatterlabs.com and we'll delete your email address within 30 days.
Access your data: Contact us to request a copy of what we have (spoiler: it's just your email address).
Legal Stuff
EU/UK residents: You have rights under GDPR including access, deletion, and data portability. Your email is transferred to the US for storage. Email Octopus uses Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers. See their GDPR compliance.
California residents: You have rights under CCPA including the right to know what data we collect (your email), request deletion, and opt out of sales (we don't sell data).
Children: This site is not intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes: If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. For significant changes, we'll email you.
Security: We use HTTPS encryption and reasonable security measures. Email Octopus stores your email securely. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
